Course description and objectives
This course will provide you with an overview of the foundational concepts and processes related to In-Line Network Encryptors (INE).
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- recognize the purpose and capabilities of INEs, the roles and responsibilities of the local COMSEC hierarchy, and the cryptographic and networking fundamentals
- identify the minimum-security requirements for the safeguard, control, and use of INEs and their associated key
- describe COMSEC incidents and their reporting guidelines
