Cyberattacks are increasingly posing problems to individuals and organizations in Canada and globally. One of the ways that the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security works to improve cyber security within Canada is by certifying cyber security products against the public cyber security specifications and standards it recognizes, such as the Common Criteria for Information Technology Security Evaluation referred to as Common Criteria (CC). The CC is an international standard for evaluating the security functionality of cyber security products.

This online course is primarily intended for individuals employed by commercial testing labs who wish to become qualified CC evaluators, though it may also be of interest to system architects and IT product vendors who wish to learn more about the CC.
